The Personnel Board has incorporated Kentucky Revised Statutes (KRS) 61.870 through 61.884 as its rules and procedures regarding Requests for Open Records. In order to request records from the Personnel Board, you may use the Personnel Board Open Records Request Form or you may elect to use the Standardized Form developed under KRS 61.876(4). If you are a News-Gathering Organization as defined in KRS 189.635(8)(b)1.a through e., you MUST complete the Certification Form and submit the form with your Open Records Request.
An Open Records Request shall be addressed to the Custodian Designee, Gwen McDonald. You may hand-deliver or mail your request to 1025 Capital Center Drive, Suite 105, Frankfort, Kentucky, 40601. You may submit your request by email, gwenr.mcdonald@ky.gov, or you may fax your request to (502) 695-5799.
